Lead us on oh mighty one! My only vote would be more time on the fluid stuff than consuming it!!

BTW, did you know the Lightship has gone (temporarily) just in case you were thinking of a stop there!

See you in the morning.

Otherwise I need to find a place easy to launch for one where I can get it in the water easily and also tie up to park.

Rob.
Rob I find Hythe much easier than Warsash, especially if you are on your own the slip is concrete and can accomodate 2 cars easily and once you have launched then its easy to pop over and moor on the pontoon outside the marine. Its a good idea if you call them on ch.80 to confirm.

With spring tides the harbour does dry out however tomorrow with high tide being at 1.15ish you should have over a meter of water from about 9.30am as you head out from the slip. Just make sure to head straight round to the marina as it gets deeper as you go round. If you head to far towards the long pier it gets shallower. Recovering won't be a problem either anytime up until about 5.30

I was aiming to get down for about 10.00 however having seen the weather forecast for tomorrow I think I may be giving it a miss If I'm going to take a day off work I want good weather for it.

Chris

Thanks for that Chris. I think I'll go from Hythe so and can always use Calshot as a backup. Should be there around 9:30am if you change your mind! Rob.

So come on Nick, what are we all doing tomorrow? Times and places? Still trying to decide on a launch place.
