I hope you are not refering to my mate Bryn the Boat - a nicer Welshman you couldn't wish to meet.

Glad you all had a great time - it was nice and peaceful in Pompy with you lot away Only managed to nearly nick Andy(Hightower) but he behaved impecably - drat no brownie points today then

Oh well there's always next Sunday morning.

If I'd known that you were that bored Peter, I'd have gladly sped up and given your Cat. a little training exercise . On my way out however I did see you issuing a "ticket" to a Yacht using the main channel! Naughty boy!!

See ya later

Aah, you've just gone and spoilt the "spot the odd one out" competition!

Thanks to Andre for the trip there and back in Seahawk. The downwind run home was very entertaining -- I can confirm that the boat still floats when it's full of water! Andre is clearly too much of a gent to grass me up, so I'll have to own up that it was me that stuffed the boat at Selsey. No extra charge for the lifejacket testing service though

It was good to see Johnny Fuller out with all his friends from BoatMad too. I had a spin in Leviathan and whatever you may think of the hard boat vs RIB debate/disussion/jihad, it's an awesome bit of kit

Thanks too to Louise, Richard and the Timbolis for their "not organising" of the day. Sorry we weren't able to do the questionnaire more justice. Who won the "not treasure hunt" by the way?

John

A bit of driver error, a bit of "just one of those things". We were slowly picking our way though a very steep following sea and I couldn't get the bow up in time for this one -- so the wave just decided to get into the boat with us!

Everyone was fine, but I think Phil Chitty has been persuaded in the waterproofs vs drysuit debate
