It was great that you joined us Jon. There were loads of others in pirate gear, 'specially the kids, and we'll post some pictures a bit later tonight when we're home.

Whiteshooz and crew were magnificent in their gear - I got a voicemail from someone in the morning, who started the message, then shouted - "my goodness, we've just been overtaken by Whiteshoes and crew in full pirate regalia!" (most of us wore waterproofs over the top).

Hey, I thought a comon feature of gnomes is a ginger beard!

Where did Noddy go?

Talk of box searches and such until he was spotted safely tied up in Yarmouth.
It seems that Myndit and DJL did not see him shoot past them.

Wouldn't have missed it for anything!

I have one question tho', during the event, I hurt my little finger rather badly (opening a can of diet Coke) and I wondered if you might fwd the details of your event insurance to me so I can start proceedings?

Send a message via Yahoo to Noddy
Nick actually made it to Rhyde(I think?) but turned back as the weather worsened. Saw him and his crew safely back at Calshot.
Sorry about the previous mix up I didnt realise we were being looked for?
Thanks for the concern anyway made up my mind now to get a bigger boat, one that can be easily seen?

Hi guys glad you all had a good time. We passed the pirate fleet on our way to Chichester.

Hope everyone got home safely in those conditions - we had a pretty wild ride through the Needles early yesterday evening

What a journey back !!

I've never been out in seas that big before and even the towering figure of JK infront of me didn't prevent a proper soaking!

A dry suit is definately the next purchase.

Good to see everyone and put more names to faces.

Sorry, I saw the jolly roger on a blue coloured boat and jumped to the wrong conclusion!

So I'll have to catch up with you, Richard and Louise, some other time.

Peter.
