He's the dude, raced him once

I was winning until his turbos wound up, I think AJ has it on video...

Very funny at the time

Last saw Mike at Lymington when I asked him about the chances of getting a new engine for the RIB 4 Macmillan.

He has loads of great achievements under his belt, which are all very impressive

Welcome Mike

Welcome to Ribnet, Mike! See: it wasn't so difficult after all!

Shame that the fair weather ribbers didn't join us: they might have enjoyed the first bit. Even Ventnor - Yarmouth was reasonable. Yarmouth - Poole in diminishing visibility, increasing wind and rising waves (especially off Hengistbury) started to wear a bit thin though. Good to see you and Trevor and family again. The Black Bream (purchased in Ventnor) was delicious

We tried the Spinnaker Bar soon after it reopened. It was the most tasteless fish and chips I have ever eaten, very disappointed as before the change of ownership the food was really good.

I BELIEVE that the council saw how well Spinaker bar was doing so decided not to renew the lease when it expired so they could run it themselves..... Another council cock up job, according to many friends who have been there and not enjoyed it.

Not sure who actually owns them Alex, assume a sailing club at Howth marina, Dublin. Was there yesterday.
