Thinking about it - my worry is Cowes & Yarmouth will be very busy for lunch .....

I'll be out with Rick (12) from about 11.30 - starting from the Hamble so happy to rendezvous for lunch somewhere ...... - Cowes, Yarmouth, the Sloop, the Folly,....etc, - if anyone has a plan before they launch I'll try and check before we leave - otherwise maybe text me on 07840 975807.

I doubt you'll be able to get to the wall of the Sloop today as we're on a neap tide.

I'm up for any of the others, however I'll be having lunch at home and will be launching at about 13:00 or 14:00hrs so perhaps we could meet up after lunch? But with a 16:30 HT I was thinking of an early Tea somewhere.....Perhaps Fish and Chips?

Still undecided as to what to do and my Crew haven't confirmed yet either ......Kids

I was going to ask my Neighbour if She wanted to come along as She's often shown interest, but She booked up a weeks holiday to the Algarve yesterday leaving at 06:00 hrs this morning. So as you can see, people are avoiding me and could well be nobby no mates

We have to be out of the water fairly early to fit in with kids' evening social calander. We will probably be at Hamble Point Marina for a mid afternoon caffine fix / hot chocolate around 3pm as we go back up to the Lower Swanwick slip, so that might be a possibility before you head-off in search of a good chippy?

I'm hoping to get out this afternoon, although with an 11.30 meeting of uncertain length in Wimborne, I'm not certain at what time ...... and like you I'll probably be on my own!

If you're going to be around the west Solent, perhaps we could meet up in Yarmouth? I'll PM you my mobile.

I'll be water bourne later than expected too around 14:00hrs I expect.

That will probably mean unfortunatly missing out on meeting Trevor (Dizzy) and pressing on with Yarmouth and the Needles area with the possiblility of circumnavigating the Island for the return leg to Portsmouth.

Thats my plan anyway

Great day out - Ended up at the folly from 12-2 ish . Alas came back to find a mooring neighbour had sunk! Off now to recover it & his very wet ( totally submerded including new 90 Suz ! ) hard boat from the slip where I draged it up ..........
