Think there was some yeast in there

Leave it for ages & it ends up fizzy & tasting quite nice. It is very lemony, no idea if thats right or not but its ok. We haven't tried anything more exotic yet, there probably is space in the garage for a still if the boy decides to take an interest in such things.
