When you said "the Skerries" I thought you'db e running out of Dartmouth or Salcombe and wondered why it was a destination in itself.

There must be a foreign and more challenging version off of North Wales

Its no more challenging than Start Point! Youd be more than welcome to sample the Irish Sea rather than the Channel!!!

Nah Nick! The Channel is the best cruising ground in the UK, if my boat was down on the south coast, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. One day I will have my boat in a marina on the Solent & my life will be complete

Would love to one day. It's a long way to pull the boat for a day trip though.

May have to persuade Mrs T that should have a week's holiday on the North Wales coast.

hi Nick, can't make the 12th, previous booking for The Plains Rally in mid Wales, but should be good for the Sunday though, might even make it back in time for Fu's
