Round Anglesey Ribnet Cruise August 2011 incorporating Moelfre lifeboat display

Well after the apparent success of the Easter cruise , many seem to want to do a round Anglesey in August, but not a bank holiday.

Bank Hols are 29th.

So Sat 20th? If enough of us.

Menai Bridge/Porth Daniel start again.
High tide is 3.37pm which lets us go through the bridges at say 12-12.30pm, around half tide, then follow the incoming tide clockwise around the island for the most part.

Its about 80 miles depending on how many bays you enter. So at the last cruising speed of about 23mph (sorry, not in nautical but heh, that's me) plus stops and lumpy sea by the stacks and lighthouse guaranteed, I'd say 5 hours?!?!

Gazelle on the Sat night once more!! Sure i could organise a discount for Ribnet if people want it!

So who is up for it??

Brilliant! More reason for it to be that week end! Shaping up well already.

Rusty nails Ming! If I'm buying, my choice! Especially for birthday boy!
