We could club together and get him WBA t shirt, then put an "I love the Baggies, down with Wolves" car sticker for his disco?!

Festinghouse you should join us! It's always easier in a group. If you break down, misjudge fuel, get navigation wrong etc there's others nearby!
i quite agree! where do you set off from? or aprox what time do you pass hollyhead - i may well meet up with you there.

Hi Festinghouse, I think most of us will be launching from Porth Daniel Menai by tractor, trailers and cars can be left at the boat yard, it's a good place to launch at any state of tide. Like HP says we will all be together so safety in numbers just don't follow Pikey Dave there is a risk of running aground Hope you can make it,

Stephen.

I'm still trying to find the scheduled launch time of the Moelfre LB's from my man on the ground..... All that the website says at the moment is that festivities begin at around 10.00am with a lunch time launch of the lifeboats.
I will be on the water in the vicinity from around 12.0 noon mackerel bashing near Moelfre island.
I have now been reliably informed that the Moelfre LB’s will be launching at 1.00pm for the displays.

Cheers Yoyo!

Hopefully see you around.

We'll aim to be there for 12.30, probably hang around for an hour or so whilst nibbling some food, I guess the display will be under an hour (??), then head off round the island anticlockwise passing skerries etc just after HW slack (3pm) and the outgoing tide.

For everyone else. Meet at Gazelle any time from 10ish for a coffee and prep. We'll head off about 11, around back of puffin, past seals, then across bay to Moelfre.

Not long now.

Game over. Can't make it. Daughter ill and To certify me out I now have work all that week end.

The olds, Humber Gerry will be down and hopefully join you from Gazelle to Moelfre as long as it's nice, which it will as I'm not there.

Have fun and please post pics, especially of Kerny high and dry after miscalculating the tide!

Well HP, family and work come first, I hope and I'm sure your little girl will soon get well, and as for work, we all need the spondoolies, so sorry you can't make it. I will post plenty of pics, especially of men in drysuits and mankinis as under garments names do not need to be disclosed as we already know who they are As for me, there will be no chance of me running aground as Neil mccrirrick can't make the trip, so won't be point man but, it could be Pikey Dave instead
