Well we're there at high tide so it'll be fine water wise.

.... And the harbourmaster is also in charge of both Deganwy and Conwy marina Tony, therefore he IS the person to contact for petrol too!

I doubt he would actually want to know that you wanted fuel, I've used both in the past and the marina office has dealt with fuel each time

like said on a previous post on another thread, when the Revenger was "just" broke in we had a boys day out, launched at New Brighton on the mouth of The Mersey and had a run across the Nth Wales Coast and into Conwy for a coffee n lunch. It was our 1st time into Conwy marina so we didn't know the score, but we just called up the marina office and asked about fuel, by the time we had tied up the man was there ready to sort us out, bit dearer than forecourt prices but does save a lot of messing about we did tie up on the fuel berth in front of the harbour masters office, but we did ask 1st and he was happy as long as we didn't leave it un-attended. seem to remember the trip back was a bit lumpy, wind had picked up a bit, but well worth the effort, The Great Orme is very big when you get right in under the cliffs can't remember how much fuel we used, but think we only put about 30ltr in at Conwy, it was a good test for us and the Revenger, 1st big day out on a new rib, appy days, got some pics somewhere of Jeff n our Andrew at the controls with Conwy castle in the background

Just spoke to Conwy and secured 30+ Berths in THE MARINA lined up in front of the pub!

FREE!!!!

Many thanks to John who runs the marina. He will welcome us in on the day. Top man. This will mean we can all get lunch and a beer together without congesting the river and annoying locals/tourist boats and getting in a mess in the current. Matthew the harbourmaster was v helpful too but I feel this scenario is the simplest and safest. A few nominated boats may go around to the quayside whilst we are there with flags etc and go and jangle buckets. But 30 would overwhelm the area.
