Trouble is the hassle of organising orders, payment and delivery, when it doesn't raise that much in profit.

It'd be easier to ask everyone coming along to just donate £5 to your giving site or I just take a bucket round and harass at Conwy!!
I know exactly what you mean

As for food, getting everyone in somewhere appropriate is appearing to be difficult.
That's because you haven't tried very hard
Anything is possible if you try hard enough dear boy

Evening do! Chris has booked and paid for it.

Christycalch;584708]Been tasked by HP with finding a suitable venue for the evening do .

Luckily the Celtic Royal Hotel has a function room available :. The Celtic royal is the Posh Hotel in Caernarfon, which means its only a stone throw from Premier inn / Travel lodge and all the various B+B's, its also handy for Cabs for those stopping a little further a field.
I've been down today to see the room that's available, its a screened off area adjacent to there main bar, the screens pull back allowing us to spill out after the feed (The main Ball room was booked, but at £600 a night, that's fine with me) We've got our room for £60!.
Food is a cold buffet, pre paid, £15pp let me know re food and it would be handy to know roughly how many are defo coming (pm me please). All profits to Macmillan!!!
Rooms are available at The Celtic,(About Us) approx. £80 per per person inc full English (Easter weekend......)
Chris.

Chris currently has no internet due to storms! I'll ask how he wants pre payment.

Sounds good; please put me down definately for two places. We're staying the weekend at Is Helen, just up the road from Ty Calch, so we'll be cabbing it back in the early hours, no doubt.

Great, can you PM christycalch to book and make payment.

Will also shortly be posting an address and who to make cheques payable to and also bank details for transfer, put a name as reference so Chris knows who it was.

If we could find the boat to do it I reckon Rocky could helm anything round at WOT, he helmed RR with a broken steering wheel 2yr ago!!

In all seriousness, with progress in outboards and hulls you'd think it'd have been beaten.
