RNLI St. Helier Station Visit

I've just been chatting on Facebook to my mate Jono, the full time mechanic at the St. Helier Lifeboat Station. After telling him about our upcoming visit to Jersey CG Station and me wanting to talk further about crewing, he's invited me down to their HQ one evening.

If there's interest from other people wanting to take a look around, meet some of the crew etc, Jono says we're more than welcome to make it a group visit at a date/time convenient to both of us.

Anyone interested?

Been on a few Lifeboats during open days in the past, and also been attadched to the end of a rope behind one some years back, so not too fussed really. Happy to make up numbers if required tho'
