Why not try and launch at Putney?

It would save you fuel and avoid you having to cover the ground/water repeatedly!

Sounds like plan coming together!...it does indeed! I serioulsy hope that the weather is fine!

Come on Chris! The Dartford crossing is a bit of a trek from putney but see who wants to go where, should be plenty to do towards the barrier. Not the Ice Cream sason though!

suprisingly the last time we came back up it was not very choppy from canary wharf to tower bridge but it was bloody windy! That stretch of water is a bit of a funnel!

watch the rollers on the south side of tower bridge...ouch..bang...nearly a splash......sorry mate! its great to pelt it under the bridge but not to hit the rapids beneath it!

Come on! there must be more of you out there! 10:30am Putney, Saturday!

best way to find the place is to get onto multimap and put in the postcode

SW15 1LB

Its just up from putney bridge on the south side of the river, where they do the boat race from, there are loads of rowing clubs down there,

There is a Sainsburys petrol station just round the corner where you can fill up if needed.
