Trailing her 'up North', or is petrol cheap enough to go all the way by sea?

Yea, IOM could be good, just wonder if I could lash my ZX10 and my brothers Milli R down on the rib for TT week....mmmmmm interesting

ps, one of the guys in the Subaru club im in, owns all of the Total petrol stations on the island too (Mr Richard Prouce) I wonder if we could get a bulk buy discount

I would be interested in this as a day raid across. Accom wouldn't be a problem as all that we would need would be a berth for the day to go watch the TT.
It would be worth a trip across just for that alone........

I read an article a couple of years ago about a commercial RIB skipper taking a couple of guys & their RS125s across on a 6m-ish Ribtec, when the ferry was fully booked. They had to take the footpegs off to stop them poking into the toobs
