No offence to Scotland but I dont have much desire to get cold or eaten by the midges!!

What I mean by debatable is I don't see a motorhome as 'camping' per say.
However for example if you go to shell island in Wales which is Europe's largest 'campground'
No caravans are allowed because it is a camping site only.
However motorhomes or 'camper' vans are welcomed as it is classed as camping according to the local council.

So staying in the motorhome is camping according to them!

I have had 4 different so called legal definitions of 'wild camping' which are nothing a like.

But as I say, all I'm on about it stopping to sleep where sensible and welcome/allowed to.

Err no steve the area I'm taking about is all where the motor homes stay overnight it's they that leave the mess believe me and in my 1st post I did say some not all
