I thought you might have tried gunning it to Rouen in one go with a quick pitsop in Port de L'Ilon to fill up with juice.

Canal St Denis??

Latest update for all those on tenterhooks

Paris to Rouen was made in one fell swoop a mere 200km, with the fuel pump at Port de L'Ilon sucked dry en route. It's now just a 'short' hop to Le Havre and back home.

I suspect he may have confused his km/h speed limits with kts

The guide book can now be re-written with Le Havre to Paris return in 4 days not 6

If he sets off now, he'll be in Jersey (or at least Alderney) for tonight!

I have no clue as to whether his crew is doing the festival thing at the weekend, or if they need to be back in Jer asap. But the wind is currently 15kn SW which will make the cape choppy, mind you after three months apart man and boat may well fancy some leg stretching.

I think he'll be doing Le Havre to Alderney tomorrow when the wind dies a bit. Communication is a bit sporadic ATM.

Well he's either sunk, had the boat impounded (after his brush with the Le Harvre police last time) or turned his AIS off 'cos he's not showing in Le Harvre any more nor on the high seas. The weather tomorrow looks better so I suspect that he's staying in Le Harvre tonight to catch the better weather back tomorrow.

Looks to me like he made it to the fuel berth. It could take some time
