RIB 4 Macmillan Launch Party

You are all in invited to the RIB 4 Macmillan Launch Party at KB Boat Park Ltd | The Best Location for your Dry Stack Needs on the 9th March 2014

We'll be there from 11am until around 3pm as we are then off to watch the England vs Wales Rugby in the The Bridge Tavern - Home which is just yards away.

You'll get to see the completed RIB and all the custom work as well as talk to the people that built it

We will launch the rib into the water at around 2pm off the drystack forks

There is a free pig roast donated by PeterM, Neil Harvey, Ian M and JumpinJack But bring some cash as we'll have a few donation buckets around.

We would really like to see you there and why not make a weekend of it to also visit the near by Gunwharf Quays Shopping Centre, Portsmouth and Spinnaker Tower - Portsmouth, Hampshire

The launch party completes this part of the project and all the pictures will be sent to the Magazines

If you can't make it but still want to donate then please have a look at our JustGiving page

http://www.justgiving.com/rib4macmillan

Thanks Alex

Fantastic. Whilst id love to come and see it in the flesh and say well done to you all, it's a heck of a drive, so I may just chuck some fuel money in the pot instead.

Well done again to all of you. Wish you the best in selling it appropriately.

If I'm not going to Lundy that weekend I will be there with K.
Rugby sounds good too
Just an idea but..How about a mini Boat Jumble for the cause? I know I have some odds and ends that others may find useful I would be willing to donate

No, the engine will be tuned and then we are going to quickly sea trial it to make sure everything works as it should.

Then she will go back to the workshop where she will be cleaned ready for the Launch Party on the 9th March.

We want the rib to go to the new owner in the best possible condition keeping it's highest value.

Let me know when the trial is. I'll come out with mine as support if needed.

Thanks dude, it won't be a long one, just a quick test. We just want everything perfect.

Biff's redesigned the pick up pipe system and today we had a couple of good ideas regarding fuel So glad we saved that tank though

We really are going for boat show standards with this build and it really is a one off.

Going to ring Chris at Henshaw's tomorrow to see if they can make it as they are a big part of the build team.
