Redbay Ardbeg Trip

Taken from Redbay Boats
Calling all Redbay Stormforce Owners, Ardbeg 2005 will take place on the 24th September 2005.

The trip departs from Red Bay, arriving in Ardbeg for a Buffet Lunch, before returning to Red Bay via Rathlin Island. There will also be drinks, videos & photos on Friday 23rd September in Cushendall Boat Club.

Safety Briefing 10 am Sharp
(ALL skippers MUST attend the safety briefing)
Depart from Red Bay 10.30-11.00 am
Arrive Ardbeg 12.30 pm
Depart Ardbeg 3.00 PM
Arrive Rathlin 4.00 PM
Depart Rathlin 6.00 PM
Arrive Red bay 7.30 PM

Anyone else from Clyde or surrounding areas fancing going?

Naw a Humber cant be there, its an exclusive thing , its about 75miles from kip to Redbay.
Craig are you going over on the Friday or Saturday? and have your sorted accomodation if your staying/

Best of luck to all the Redbay Raiders. Unfortunately I won't be there...boat might.


For anyone who feels left out there is an easy solution.

Visit Redbay with chequebook.!!!! They are always happy to oblige.

Dunno either head away Friday evening and stay around Redbay, or head down on Saturday morning and meet them off the Mull and either stay in Rathlin on Saturday or head back.
Would need to arrange for fuel somewhere along the line.

Bit Choppy

Trip was cancelled as Craig said, basically a big sea running all week form the South so not so suitable to go to Islay. Did get a play in the new 11m though
