Bugga ......wont be here, gotta go sailing in Turkey then.
Someone has to do it!

For those who can't make it that Saturday we are back and forth there a lot of weekends from Knott End now I've eventually decided to retire (again!) from ramming wind turbines. So we are often available for assistance/advice if needed. But better to go with Mike and the group if ya can.
Don't go denting m'turbine bases or drinking all the beer at the Ship!

Id be up for this, but could it be the weekend after? This is the end of the month for both me and the misses, and the same pay month as the Easter run, so it all depends on how much the easter weekend costs.

.. If it was the 17th id be all over it and up for the camping.

Having never been to Piel Island, where can you put the boats over night if you camp, or even for the short visit to go ashore to the pub?

Sorry Steve can't change the date due to other commitments, Had a word with
The "King" camping is free for our do. Plenty of moorings to pick up and the little ferry takes you to the pub for a very modest fee

Never found you the retiring type
Hey I've retired a coupla times now. Once early from a proper job cos we'd both had enuff of each other so they paid me money to go home and stay there.
And now again from the big boats but this time they kept giving me more money to stay! But there comes the day.......
Anyhow back here still with the boat training to keep me occupied now.
See you on the water...we need to do some cruising when the weather gets better. But I try not to do "inclement boating" these days!

No charge for moorings if just visiting ,little ferry runs about every half hour
Depending on volume of traffic and weather
