Pembrokeshire - Friday 28 and Saturday 29 September 2007

Anyone around locally on this weekend?

There's quite a big fireworks competition going off down around the Cleddau Bridge area of the river both nights and the tides are good for Cresswell in the dark too.

No problems - I'll be following the algae and going wherever the depth sounder says it's deep enough
(In all honesty, I'll probably be using last years track on the plotter which didn't put me aground with the depth sounder to confirm).

That's ok for you - I've got a new plotter which doesn't have last year's course on it
Would like to do this trip, but my mate has just been on the phone talking about a trip to France that weekend to watch the RWC, so may not be around.

One of those annoying blinding flashes of Peter24/7 and the Waterranger (who wasn't expecting a rib to do donuts around him later on ).

And some more fireworks...

Then, they started firing right at us, and they were coming across the river like bouncing bombs...

and finally...

A "few" more pics on the gallery
