Good pics Chris, will try to load on some of ours later once I've sussed out how to do it. If not will try to send via email to you.
Hope to be out again before end October so maybe we'll catch up again

Careful not to miss the gazelle soon guys, the cardinal buoy is being removed soon for winter!

Cheers fir navigating kwak', hope you sorted the trim out!

I'll post my pics soon, on phone at mo as house is packed up to move on Friday.

Anyone got the ribnet app working on the iPhone? I have it but I can't post, I can log in and read, but I can't see where to press to post.

Using safari to post at mo, but can't put pics through that? Tony t (rib kid)?

Don't remove the Cardinal too soon
It's been a blessing all Summer for the purpose of navigation and teaching peeps (saves going all the way to Caernarfon)
Anyway
Oct/ Nov/ Dec can be better than March and April sometimes!
Anyway
Dunno if I can get back into the Gazelle
Der think the new Guys will know me?
Been hiding from a bar bill since 1978
Take her out clean her bum
I have some magic stuff (not antifoul) that will keep her bum smooth through the next few months

Oh yeh the trim
DM has sussed it we reckon
Broken wire
Cheap fix
Cept I had to pour Courvosier down DM That evening!!!!!!!

We stick/brush this stuff on
Bugger me I can't remember the name of it at the Mo!
We tried it on our Ribeye 785 last backend (Sept till Feb moored in the Basin at Dinorwic }
Took the boat out and jetwashed it
Stuff fell off
Bum was as clean as a whistle.
Mind you the boat had moved a lot in that period doing RYA stuff and trips etc etc
Stuck it back in, in late March
With a new application of this 'slippy stuff'
It deffo works
As long as the boat doesn't 'sit' too long
Gonna apply it to GED's old rib, the Aircraft you saw us in
Probably very soon
Cos it's gonna sit in Dinorwic marina
But will be active this back end / winter
So we shall see what the results are
Anyway
Why do Peeps go off the water in the 'winter' it aint much different to the Summer
Praps that's another another thread worth explorin

Cos the insurance companies don't insure them on the moorings after October, some September! Storage free at home, boatyards expensive for one or two run outs.

Let me know the name and how you get on if you could.

The stuff we stick on our rib's hulls is
'Safe Boat Skin'
Insurance Co.s we have used for 12 months 'afloat' cover
Are
GJW Direct
and
Porthcawl
We have no commercial interest in any of the above by the way
The boat skin suff seems to work OK
