You can launch from Liverpool Sailing club!!! Liverpool SC

Alternatively you can launch from Liverpool Marina (lock in/out 14 e/w last time I heard)!! Or Wirral - New Brighton but you need to show a permit!!

Hi mate, the only all tide launch is at Newbrighton, you do need a permit, but you can get a day one. They are run for Wirral council by Safe Water Training just next to the slip and checked by the beach lifeguards.
