Yo Mr Smooth, how far was the round trip from Ty Calch and Moelfre as I was quite surprised how much my fuel gauge went down. I should have checked with the chartplotter but I have given up with it as its crap and now only use it as a depth finder and that doesn't even work sometimes :e

c'mon Gareth, get with it pal, you've got a new chart there, jus work it out from that, you'll av to take your shoes n socks off to do the maffs

approx 55 miles round trip from Caernarfon to Moelfre n back to Caernarfon

let's have a look at the chartplotter before you right it off, maybe just needs a hug to make it work, but I've found the thru hull transducers are much more accurate than the transom mounted ones

Those depth guages don't work very well when you're high and dry Gareth!

Nah, don't do homework and always been crap with it that's why I used to always give it to the hamster to chew on

The chartplotter has very little storage for tracking / logging and has no additional memory or sd slots. The screen is tiny and very poor in bright light

So not sure a hug would do much for it as I have got it in my head now that it needs to go
