Nice photos all! I've mislaid my digital camera, so unfortunately none from me...

It was another top notch Ribnet cruise, great to meet so many new faces, and a few of the usual suspects!

Big thanks to blimp for free T-Shirts, and also big thanks to Tim M for the kind loan of Evolution! (Available for Charter by the way, did we mention that?)

I hope my crew of Laser, Nos4r2 and Nos4r2's missus enjoyed themselves as much as I did!

Can't wait for the next cruise, hopefully sidewinder will be ready to go by then!

Hello chaps,
I tried to get over to cowes yesterday from chichester around 1400ish.
It was quite lumpy and I could only seem to manage about 9 knots, I also had a nervous passenger.
I got a couple of miles out, decided it was going to take too long and gave it up.
I would like to know what kind of speeds you were able to manage.
Thanks, Nick.

PS. going over chichester bar, the depth sounder was reading 1.5 metres at times, which was a unnerving.

Good to catch up with some old faces and to see some new ones too.

Big thanks to Kathleen and Paul for another St Patricks Day well and truly celebrated.

Until the next time

But the sign at the top of the slip says you cant leave your car or trailer there, so I thought you were supposed to park it at the bottom, and it saved on the parking fees

Thanks K & P for organising another great cruise, it was great to meet new and old faces. And a BIG thank you to everyone who offered to help recover my trailer after I messed up big time and watched it disapear beneath the water at Camber slip , I was very relieved when I got back to find it safe and sound at the top of the slip, the lads from the local boatyard had recovered it when the tide went out.
The trip to and from the Folly was great and gave the boat a good shake down (or shake up).
Ended the day on a high I bought another rib 6.5m osprey sea harrier so I now have a project boat to work on
Thanks again to everyone for there offers of assistance
A very embarrased
Richard
