Sorry Michael I have taken my boat out for winter but will be in Tayvallich all week doing things for winterising. Depends where you are going to launch couple of guys maybe out around Ardfern Alystra and Eilean Mor give them a shout.
Hope you enjoy yourself if I see your Rib I will give you a shout.
Cheers

Well, I got thoroughly P'd off with the weather after last weekend (F8-10) so after a lovely float around on Thursday I hauled out for the winter. Been nice weather since then. ... but it won't last.

Why Lochgilphead? seems an odd choice given places close at hand?

We are not actually going from Lochgilphead, just heading over that way. Any suggestions on the best place to launch in that area? Wanting to head out through the sound of Jura.
