Oh yes

We are looking forward to doing this trip again, myself, Aging Youth & the tadpoles enjoyed the last cruise, but staying over this year will be even better.

May I suggest to read all 17 pages of the thread , book accomodation as suggested and confirm how many persons on your rib and do you want to join in for the evening meal at the Arun View

Best if you can join the armada on route and then head for LA

Hi Everybody

Please find below the Three Course Menu for Saturday 7th May at the Arun View, Littlehampton

This menu is priced at 20.00 per person.

Vegetable soup served with rustic bread.
Avocado Pear with prawns in marie rose sauce.
Grilled Goat Cheese served on a brochette served with mixed leaves, cheery tomatoes and pesto dressing.
Trio of Melon laced with Malibu served with tropical fruit sorbet.
Breaded Smoked Salmon and Dill Fish Cakes on a bed of mixed leaves with a caper dressing.

10 oz Char Grilled Rib Eye Steak served with Cajun spiced potato wedges, roasted plum tomatoes and leaf spinach. (with pepper, cream sauce if required)
Poached breast of Chicken coated with a vine, cream and mushroom sauce.
Poached Salmon Fillet with hollandaise sauce garnished with asparagus.
Half Honey Roasted Duck with cranberry and port sauce.
Four Cheese Ravioli with an Italian Tomato sauce glazed with gorgonzola cheese, served with rustic bread.

Not so sure, must admit, when I collected the menu today did not think of advance orders nor was this mentioned to me by Paul the landlord. Anyway will ask the question. Did warn Paul that there could be more then 40 of us.
