Hi Folks
Just spend Easter Weekend at Cobnor(Chichester Harbour) to try out our boat for the first time - went great but that's another story?
I took time to visit the Ship and Anchor Site to book our pitches. I have gone for 5 so far which will be together. It is no problem if we dont fill them all as it is still low season. On arrival the Lady in charge(forgot her name) would like you to call in at reception which is just before the pub on your left and she will direct you to field. Launching and recovery is half price if you are using the site - trailor parking is 3.50 extra per night. I have an up to date price list but its still in the camper so will post prices soon.
regards
Martyn

Martyn,

well done thanks for your input.

I guess you came by car cos it was pretty foggy over the weekend. Phil & I were down on Friday and Monday and had the ribs out. A pity you did not let us know you were coming specially if you were, say, at the S & A on Monday

Yes we were there on Saturday Lunch time - by car.
Hadnt really planned which day we were going but really wanted to know how to get there by road, which turned out a lot easier than I thought?
Fog was a little off-putting so stayed in Chichester/Langstone area when we did go out

Did they mention at the Ship & Anchor if there were any moorings available as if we launch and recover each day we will be restricted by the tide.

If not I will try and contact them.

Cheers
Peter

Good question and I have to admit I never thought to ask - I would be obliged if you could contact them - seemed to be plenty of room but not sure on tidal ranges there?
