Hi Floater
Your more than welcome to join us , that will make it 4 ribs,
I dont know whichh way you coming but Im meeting Barry on the M61 at Bolton West servise area at 08.30 / 08.45 he is coming from Stockport. If you want to meet at Knottend I can give you directions. As to what we are doing , may go over to peel island and/or over to the wind farm all depends on the weather.

I really should make the effort to join ou guys for on of these trips! I seem to keep using Knott End for short sea trials but nothing else. It'd be nice to head out to the gas platforms for an explore and the wind farms too.

hello

didn't see you on the water sunday 19. too cold? zodiac rover 3 man crew including border terrier was out n about! we're keen to cruise the area with a group of ribs. we're based in fleetwood marina so tidal. knott end slipway is great but got tired of the fighting for a space to launch and recover last year. next on the water sunday 26.

We were there, We launched about 10.30 & headed over to the windfarm to see Nikki & Simon (wavelength training team) & their 10m cabin rib with a HEATER, then of over to peel Island but the pub was shut so just had a picnic, then a quick blast back to Knot End.
