I showed SWMBO your website and she laughed at the r/c models. Do you sell them or know of any for sale?

Nothing in stock but we can make them to order - we have the moulds for an early version of the 34 as well but it's about 6' long! Here's the video

Were definitely coming round to Dartmouth for one day to show the parents round agatha's house.
If the weathers good we'll bimble up to Dittisham for a picnic at anchor.

Hopefully going to find some nice quiet beaches to sit on and relax. If you see a grey tubed rib with a big white offshore console anchored please come over and say hi.

What to do in Salcombe when the weather is pants?

After being part of the Pageant safety boat fleet on Sunday, we drove down from Essex to Salcombe on Monday and launched at about 4.30ish.
Kestrel is safely on her Yeowards trot mooring and now looking at the forcast may be staying there for a few days.
So what can we do for a few days that doesn't involve boats?

The South Devon weather is awful isn't it.
Sunday poor
Yesterday actually OK got out to take father in law fishing- conditions not too bad - even pleasant from lunchtime.
Today horizontal rain, blowing half a gale up the Dart from the south no visibility, so boating defo off the agenda. Trots I was on had dragged, with the boat downstream banging into my bow, on so having got soaked taking the dog & children out for walk this morning -to avoid cabin fever - I was back out on the water in foul conditions to sort it and found a line from the trot wrapped round the prop - I really do not like these lines running from trot to trot especially the submerged ones
Anyway after 20mins battling with slimy old rope against the tide & wind, freed her up & put her on marina pontoon before heading back in the sib. Good news no real wet got through my kit.
Rain & strong SW wind forecast for the rest of the week- great!
