Anybody planning on going, weather permitting we will be there.
We will be in Whithorn friday evening and will try to get across on the saturday.
Hopefully with more success than last year where we turned back due to the weather, with no regrets!

Peel IOM TT w/end

If all goes to plan we are leaving Largs Friday morning, stopping of at Portpatrick for lunch then on to Peel with the gate being open at 19.19 hours. Head back to Largs on the Monday when the gate opens at 09.07 hours.

Callum,

As I live in Peel, would you like me to meet you on arrival?

Bruce,

Could you give me a rough idea of your ETA? I appreciate it will only be approx.

We did get across but didn't get there to 1pm due to the weather. We got back but had a three hour trip at around 9knots and got back after dark.
We did see the Sidecar races and the start and abort of the superbike races after one lap[ due to rain.
There were no pontoons and the only RIB in Douglas was the Fyne Wotsit RIB, since we were later that planned we just walked up to the races as we didn't want to put anyone out, not that we got any signal till we got into Douglas anyway!
Anybody else make it across?
