But the water does just bead off your tubes....and you can be seen from space with 'that' radar reflector.(which is probably helpful to someone..you do know it's just an empty plastic tube full of air?)

Plan for tomorrow;

Will be speaking to the SAR at about 13.00hrs tomorrow 10th August to confirm the practice is still on. They ask for a call about 1 hour prior to the RV.

Presuming it is a go will leave Lymington at about 13.30hrs and head over to Hamstead Ledge, IOW for RV at 15.00hrs

Prepare RIB, lower antenna, get bucket out of locker, clear deck space, no loose items, Gopro ready etc.

Await Helicopter and follow their instructions

Anyone coming out to play comms will be channel 8 for us until SAR arrive then 16 and what ever channel the Heli request afterwards.

gtb I have a spare seat if you need one, weathers looking good for tomorrow

We might see you tomorrow, we are currently berthed in Lymington as we are helping with Cowes week, so if we are finished in time tomorrow we could be running back to Lymington from Cowes mid/late afternoon.

Another form of Highline transfer. Something we built in Ontario last year.

Dude! This is a pep talk!

Get your s*** together! You can either mope around all day worrying about a car that will one day become a can of diet coke or you can you can get out on the water and feel the wind in your face and the rush of water underneath your feet!

This is happening tomorrow and you will be there, how you get there is great adventure! Pick you up at 2pm at Calshot or 2:30 at Lymington?
