Sunday 8th is good for us - will need to check tide times for launching and recovering from Paignton Harbour slip

Anyone down that way could let me know the tide times for that period?

From the almanac (taking account of BST):

Sat 7th Aug

Low Water 0505 High Water 1142
Low Water 1718 High Water 2346

Sun 8th Aug

Low Water 0541 High Water 1214
Low Water 1757 High Water 0023

The dates are in the middle between neaps and springs, although slightly nearer neaps.

I think these are right!! Anyone else care to confirm? (Or differ!!)

There is the Resnova where we can all moor up and eat in the middle of the Dart if Dartmouth is the preffered option or there is the Torquay visitors pontoon with the Beacon Quay Pub right there?

Just a couple of options.
That must be a hell of a schedule you have, do you have to do that all year or is it just for the summer monthes ?

The 8th Aug is good for us and the tides look ok, any guesses as to the weather that weekend
Would we all get on the Nova if we just turn up ? been past lots of times but never been in, how much room have they got?

I will contact the Resnova tomorrow and see what they can offer etc in the way of how many etc. What food will be on....

I am posting a thread on the cruising section so to get some names listed rather being under the general discussions page if that's OK.

I am presuming about 1200pm would be OK with everyone???
