Just under a week to go and I think we have around 6 boats going.

I'll be ordering scones mid week so if you fancy one please do let me know.

It looks like i might have at least 6 on my boat and possibly 2 more boats (hard boats) so that 10 people.
If they don't show i am sure i can help you eat what's left

Folks
Going to suggest we take a look Saturday morning and make the call then - the forecast has been changing but the wind isn't calming down much - and that'll be the killer.
2m seas 14 miles off shore is hard work!

It is looking that way - but it'll make the pasty so much nicer.

Wind is looking like it may drop off but rain is now back in the picture. Making the call in the morning but not holding out much hope.

Folks

It's looking better but still too much in my mind for a safe and fun trip. It'll be challenging to say the least looking at the wind.

I could be persuaded if the wind continues to drop but that's not looking likely at present - so I think we need to say

POSTPONED.

If anyone fancies running up river or doing a shorter run then please do, you're welcome to use this tread to see who is up for it.

I'll keep the scones dry for another date (will look at tides later) and will see you all at the Pasty Run in 2 weeks time
