They moved in from next door while we were away (the wasps I mean )

Hey we saw Leviathan and DR too...or I mean heard (cos I was bowing at the time and Paul was touching his forelock ).

I'll remember more stuff after grub.

Then out to a vantage point where the two photographers on board could get the best possible photos We spotted Graham F and Steve S.... also Brambles and Tim Griffin; and Brian Whiteshoes arrived with the healthiest looking gang you ever saw.

We hung around at the finish which was exciting Them Batboats don't do slow for no-one Then we went into Cowes and met Mark Halliday, Vivienne & Natasha and our neighbour Stuart (Intrepid Capn of Ocean Spear ) & gang... Little refresher in Beer Tent and down to Yarmouth to the King's Head for group lunch. Ran into Dave Robson (Aquapower)as well.

Back to Cowes and a cup of tea in the Fountain 'Otel.
And there we had a jar with Cookee and Kitten who told us all about their last fillum. They are racing again tomorrow so GOOD LUCK !!!

The chocolate brownies were brill...thanks Tim

And we're looking forward to tomoro

Us (Now Bogib...if I remember any more I'll tell you in a minit )
Well we attempted to call over about 10.30am to say hello, confusion reigned and boats seemed to be coming from all directions,we didnt see anyone we knew,I dont think Sue has forgiven me judging by the cartoon.
Gave up in the end and had lunch on the beach at Chichester.
Recovery was delayed on our return by rescuing a couple of jetskis from the shipping lanes(ever tryed towing a jetski at more then 4 knots?).

Sue has asked me to mention the comment by myself that preceeded the cartoon-"Of course we are safe in here, race boats dont come this far inshore..."
We did have a great day anyway, not sure if we are out tommorow as Tim has discovered cycling and we promised him a long bike ride and a picnic by a railway line if he didnt winge too much today.
Hope to be out Monday though.

OK.

I'll sort your laundry issues downstairs (see Other Stuff : http://www.rib.net/forum/showthread.php?t=6005 )

And we're currently 15 all

Today...with Antoinette and Martin we are exiting Pompey Harbour (keeping as usual to the speed limit ) and ronday-vooing with Ray Bradman in that swish new RIB of his ( ) then toddling over to Cowes to have brekky with Stuart/ Ocean Spear and crew and Team Explosion as well as some of Team Bananashark. Extensive plans will be (no doubt) made while everyone takes too long ordering grub & going to the facilities (bog). Then we will nearly miss the start of the Cowes-Torquay race and look hopefully at Cookee's Photographer saying 'did you get that?' and he'll shake his head sadly saying 'Wayll, Cookee was actually in the firrrst lot but I got some guid ones of other boats' (he's from JW country). And we'll say 'ah shure you might get some good ones on the way back'...

The we'll all toddle down Yarmouth-Needles and might bang into Brambles and a few more...we'll join Aquapower Man and maybe Slimtim in the King's Head for light refreshments and then use facilities etc. etc. and be late for the boats coming back from Torquay (see above...repeat...)

Not forgetting, if Pete 7 sorts his laundry (watch the 'threads' ) he will show . We will be holding our breath. (Well have you seen the emissions from his RIB???)

So if you're out and about and know any of the above give us a shout.
Paul's mobile should be operational today 07790 551442.

Bit of sitting round on our rears in The Fountain in Cowes today for some of us.

Out we went to watch the start. Delayed.

In again for more sitting.

Out again to watch the new start.

Cancelled everything.

In again. More sitting...

Very nice company of the A1 couple Antoinette & Martin... and Andre and family joined us...Cookee and Team went home...nice outfit the Bananashark Team
Then we had to celebrate Team Explosion's fab result...
And then we toddled home. Oh we waved to Madmat & Vicks

Bit lumpy out there We were accompanied back to Pompey by Andre, Chris and Ola...thank you and met Wiesia too

No vroooooooom today .... must be disappointing for those who had prepared hard for it and who were taking home rigs full of fuel...

Enjoyed the spin home even if it meant I spent the day drinking water
