Corsica in September ?

Anybody on Corsica at the beginning of September ??
Or somebody up to go around or to explore partially the coast ??

Hi Jürgen.....

I would love to do what you are planning (but sadly not this September).... My wifes family have a place about 15 mins South of Porticcio /30 mins South of Ajaccio.... The coastline is absolutely stunning! Not sure if you know, but there is a beautiful marine reserve /conservation zone called Scadola.... I don't know what the rules /regs are regarding boating in the reserve, but it is knock your socks off pretty and would be high on my 'to do' list

Thanks for feedback !
So far I never been on Corsica but would be very intersted to go there !
What time / month would be more convenient for you ? I am quite flexible ! Just the water should still have "swimming" temperature ..
I know very well about the Mistral at the mediteranean sea - I have a little house at the Cote d`Azur . Due to the respect of the elements I`d prefer to explore Corsica with a second mate !

In fact won't be holidaying with the family this summer....they are off without me, but we are squeezing a week together somewhere in November.... Sorry!
