No plans yet... ...we only have a silly wee 3.9m boat so whilst I fancy doing some clyde cruising we are much more restricted with weather etc than you. When's the new boat expected?

I fancy largs to tighnabruich sometime this summer.

Technically my boat is neither! I'm in imposter! It is a rotomoulded polyethylene lump which looks like a rib (from a distance!). So it has "tubes" but they are solid rather than inflatable. 3.9m long, 1.6m wide. 20HP engine, manages 20 knots on a nice (flat) day.

Its fun in the chop - but its a hell of a wet!

ok, was thinking if it was a pure inflatable it could get a piggy back in rough weather but that looks a bit solid!!!

Nice idea - but you'd need davits and a hell of a big rib!

I'd be up for some Clyde cruising as well.

Tend to do most of my ribbing on the Forth as I keep my boat in Port Edgar but also do west coast ribbing, but mainly further north than the Clyde.
