I,m booked in at the Premier Inn, i plan to be there around 4 o'clock drop the boat off at Chris's then meet up with you lot, i might have to nip to Bangor station at 7 to get Ribkid then its my round if any body wants one

The very earliest we can get away is 4pm, more likely closer to 5. That'll put us in Ty-Calch at 8ish traffic permitting. Probably be about 9 by the time we hit the town. We'll need to find something to eat so the BB is a good bet if we get there before last food orders.
