Sorry about that folks. It seems a bit unaccommodating to demand a nonreturnable deposit. I actually was in the place on Tuesday evening last. The food was absolutely great. The place was packed. I turned up on spec and only just got a table for myself and two colleagues. It is upstairs and down below is a great pub! But no good to us if they want that nonreturnable deposit.

Look at some of the other places I mentioned.

I can see their point, taking a booking for 20+ would take a fair chunk of their capacity, especially for a Saturday night. I don't mind risking 10 euros a head, I've spent worse. Look at it this way, if we don't go, we'll save a feckin lot more than 10yoyos per person.

Plus, I like the look of that menu
