Burnham-On-Crouch Sat/Sunday ??

Anyone going to Burnham on crouch area this weekend?
Its new ground to me so anyone to show me the best bits would be nice!

Only bin there once, had an excellent welcome from the Royal Burnham Yacht Club, allowed us free use of their pontoon. I phoned the harbour master couple of days earlier who happened to also be a steward at the RBYC! There is a harbour launch and a RIB which is usually around to assist.

Speed limit is (I think?) 6 kn but only around the moorings. Make sure you check the chart and tides as its easy to go wrong over the bar.

The Havengore bridge, at the bottom end of the river Roach, is closed to navigation BTW.
