BIBOA - Weymouth cruise 9th October

Anyone here leaving for Weymouth out of Poole next Saturday and want to cruise in company down to Weymouth ? We are planning to leave by 10am.

We will be accompanied (so far) by one other RIB

Hi Chris - We'll be doing the cruise as usual. Are you coming to Yarmouth 1st? I think most of the boats will be leaving Yarmouth at about 13.30, although some of the smaller boats may leave a litte earlier so the others can catch them up on the way. If you go straight to Weymouth leaving at Poole 10.00am you'll arrive well before the rest if us.

Is this a day trip or an over the weekend event?

I won't come to Yarmouth first but I am only planning at this stage to leave early in case the weather is challenging, forecast has eased off a bit now too, the long range looked miserable a week ago. If the weather is fine then I'm happy to leave later if its suits others

Due to the good forecast I will now leave at 12pm and try and meet the main fleet as they head over from the Solent, anyone else leaving from Poole ?

In case anyone is thinking of going only on the Sunday then we will return to Poole briefly on Sunday morning around 11am to collect our children and then head off to Yarmouth for the lunch, the forecast looks so good it should be a great weekend
