Bank Holiday, Thurs/Fri/Sat Menai Straits Anglesey

Hi all, will be out playing this week end, despite the weather looking awful, could be fun though in the rough stuff. Will be heading from menai to puffin island for fishing hopefully on friday, then playing around, might go down the straits to Llandwyn island on sat or sun.

If anyone is around, call me on the radio or pm me. I will have the iphone on so will update thread as to where i may be.

Hapy weekend boating all.

Hi
I was hoping to be out on the straits for the last few days but the weather was not good and the wind unfriendly, When are you planning your next trip out?

Not quite sure, will pm you if heading up there. Though it will probably be short notice now when there is a weather window on a weekend. Will be taking the boat out end of sept ish I suspect. What a crap summer!

tony, we bring it back to chester and put it in the barn once winterised, would be a ball ache to get it out etc for a day or twos ride. Still in the water at present but out in the next week or so i think. It was bloody cold yesterday. Will be back in the water end of april i imagine.

David,

Hi, hope you are well. i generally work mon to fri, so it is week ends i go out apart from long summer days when i can leave work at 4 and be in anglesey at 5.30.

If i am around i will pm you. Though i suspect the boat will be coming out in the next 3 week ends. Serviced at ABC. Is yours stored there over winter?
