Would love to join but we are on our annual camping expedition this weekend and using pedal power instead

Have a great time. We will actually be in the New Forest so may gaze longingly out at the Solent from the front of the pub in Lymington

See you at Ribex Friday week!

We're planning on overnighting at Port Solent, so having a few jars and a meal with anyone who fancies it.

(Weather permitting of course. I'm a hardboater. Houses are for bad weather)

Agreed.
Checked with the marina yesterday, they don't take bookings, but I noticed DR's old space in front of Chiquito's is still free last time I was there, if nothing else. Dave's fender for reversing in is even still in place.
Need to book the lifts in & out still & stock up on supplies.

They might allow boats on the outer pontoon (by Sunsail)...(or we could all say we're Kev's relatives)...otherwise check in at Haslar and we all jump on the Rumble ...??

Pete 7 will also join in Sunday night...
