 same with me as soon as we got within site of Manchester  torrential rain and blowing a great fookin gale, I didn't have to bother hosing the rib down when we got home though

I like the idea of camping at Skerries lighthouse, but not sure if you can, albeit there is a mooring in the lagoon, guess it belongs to Trinity House.

somebody i know keeps telling me how much he wants to camp at the skerries, hes busy trying to talk me into it! it would seem others would like to do that also. does anybody have any connections with trinity house in order to gain permission (if required)?
