Skerries lighthouse is a Trinity House owned 'house'. Here is the link to all the facts about it:

Further, I have emailed the events organiser at Trinity House, asking a general question about mooring up there and camping.

HP - There is a little harbour in the skerries that is seriously the best spot on anglesey... PM me next time your in the area and I'll show you around...

I'd love to have a look around, but I am based on the Straits so don't venture up very often, unless in company.

I would be up for a trip to the skerries, have been around it a few times when my boat was moored in Holyhead but never managed to actually 'land' would also be up for camping if the weather is ok
