Can't apologise enough for not being able to make it. Will defiantly make it next time!

Hi all,
for those who went on the Solent trip with Andre the other week I was the nervous looking one!!!
I have always been of the opinion that if I was meant to be skipping around in the wake of a million tonne container ship then I would have been gifted with webbed feet and an unhealthy love of fish (!?)
I have spent my time hammering around on good old dry and safe Blighty dry soil in Land Rovers thinking that this was the only way to spend what small amounts of spare time I get since getting married to a boat obsessed speed freak!!!
In fact the nearest I have ever come to paddling around in the water has been when stuck up to the doors in mud!
However, after a couple of trips out on "our" seemingly ever growing collection of vessells, and now after surviving the Solent trip I can see the attraction!!!

Thankyou Andre, and the rest of the people on the boat that day, great fun! I think I am a convert.

Does any one want to swap a very well cared for Land Rover for a 9 metre RIB with 500HP on the back????

Looking forward to going to this France place? I gather it is further away than the Isle of Wight? Not sure how that works? I though you fell off the end of the World if you went too far out of sight of England?

I have to admit I have threaded the needles at about 75ft & 120 mph - with one engine its not something I'd recommend if you get nervous ! A whole new meaning to white knuckles !

I've also "Threaded" The Needles. About 20 years ago in a charter fishing boat called Eve II. and was impressive enough at about 12 Knotts.
