Where did you see it Rockey?

My guess is that it might be a Crompton -- they seem to specialise in big RIBs with silly numbers of engines!

checked around a little bit and it looks like the bow is to high for beeing a Crompton.
But as you say John they always use a lot of engines.
Can it be an imported rib from the states?

They are taking the piss, over hanging a trailer a bit is one thing but this well, bet that was fun to tow down to the est country to the tube builders. Talking of which why are all the tube builders located in Devon or cornwall ?
