Hi Tim
Picking this one up tomorrow,I'm sure I'll get some action shots of her before the week-ends out.I intend to launch her for the first time on Friday,will post some photo's over the week-end.(Only 24 Hours to go and counting)I don't think I'm going to get much sleep tonight.

i think the clue is TOHATSU on the side of the tatty rib in the picture
oh god i laughed so loud at that i think i bust a rib ,take it your not a lover of the phantom hull that was is used by Tohatsu and Solent ribs then or do you not like Solent ribs .

Tim, sorry but I couldn't resist it.

Yes the Solent/Tohatsu is an excellent hull which is very easily driven by even medium powered engines resulting in good fuel consumption figures or a very high top speed as we have seen with the original Tohatsu tests by RI and the later Solents with the 1.7 Mercruiser. If I was in the market for a 6 - 7m rib then I would be visiting Lee. Shame he has such a long waiting list, but that must say something for design.

Yep they are just like the Tohatsus in the rough wnen you are loading the power on. Broken anything lately? I don't think they are the best boats out there (it's Tim Griffin that says that) but they are a good price and well made
