What a nightmare, how did he manage that?
On a more serious note, I hope the chap on the yacht is ok, I doubt it somehow considering the position of his leg!

maybe wrong - but suspect that is the skipper of the rib getting pulled on board before he got minced by his own prop...

Word is that the skipper/umpire was signaling to a Sonar with one hand and tried to accelerate away from an oncoming one. Jammed the throttle and went right into the drink. Water here is about 40 F right now.

The rib circled, away from him, and then smashed into the pier.

Luckily only his pride was hurt...
