Almost got it from the yellow life buoy hanging off the RIBCRAFT - says something like Brig harbour.....

Any more clues

How does a union flag mean that is in England ? could be Scotland ,Wales or Northern Ireland ,but then again it looks sunny and warm so probably south or south west England.

As Courageous said, It's probably in England. Fly the Union or St Georges flag in Cornwall and the CNLA or An Gof will come round and set you on fire!

'Boristhebold' got it correct.
Its Lyme Regis and the Harbour Masters Ribcraft 585 with DF140. West Bay a few miles to the East also has exactly the same RIB both purchased at the same time last year.

Went for a stroll along the front at lyme Regis for a nostalgic "99" and spotted it.

Ok heres your next one to find !
(and no, I didnt just tour the UK taking photos of RIBS ) Athough my wife and kids did give me grief everytime I spotted one.
