Tsunami hits Pwllhelli

.....well, not quite, but it was a Rogue Wave. The man managed to drag himself up to the Welsh Riviera for a few days of boats and beer.

These pics were taken on advanced course through the Menai straits. The bridge is the start of the Swellies.

RW teaching a level 2 course. Jonno and Ian wondering where it all went wrong. RW wishing he'd worn wellies without a hole in them.

I think the true reason for this clandestine meeting has been given away by Jono on another thread

Oi! How did you know my beard was going grey? I thought the liberal application of "Just for Men" (as recommended by several fellows on here) had discretely covered up the grey bits.....

If this was a caption competition..........

.........Wave would be saying, "Sh*t, my mug has leaked my horlicks all over Jonos table".............or............"I wish I had my glasses on so I could see that bloody book to remind myself what these squiggles I've just drawn meant"

The real reason

Unfortunately Jono is presently at sea and unable to defend himself (tee hee!)

David Manning ( a retired medical man) is extremely concerned abouth the amount of weight that Jono is gaining and has been advising him to diet. He arranged for me to go up there so Jono could see what he weill look like in 10 years time!

You must be joking! I don't do compassion. I was concerned with where ten knots of top speed had gone and why I couldn't get the bow down.
